This is what happens when Americans try to "teach" history lol "terrorism". Please never ever talk about history because you know nothing about it. If the Barbary pirates were "terrorists" what does that make the European colonizers who were a million times more brutal than the Barbary pirates? What does that make Jefferson who had hundreds of slaves and used to r@p€ them?

Everyone thinks of the trench warfare between France & Germany, during WWI… and so often, the front line in the alps are overlooked Some of the craziest battles in recorded history, imo… A truly unfathomable struggle, and a story that deserves to be heard & studied! **also worth the mention, the Italians were the FIRST to drop bombs from airplanes… in their WWI fight with the ottomans Never underestimate the Italians!

As a Pole, this is revisionism. First of all... Europe didn't = Christianity. Many ethnic groups in Europe were already Muslim. Poland itself had a native Muslim population called Lipka Tatars. The Lipka Tatars were essential to the Battle of Vienna... this was not a battle of Christianity vs. Islam. In fact Sobieski himself was a huge Turkophile.. and before the battle Poland and the Ottomans had an alliance, that was ruined because Poland kept trying to take parts of Hungary and Moldova.
